Frequency is the number of occurrences of a repeating event per unit time. We stress upping the frequency of your workouts, as well as varying the time increments for each workout.
Agility is the ability to change the direction of the body in an efficient and effective manner and to achieve this requires a combination of static and dynamic balance, with a healthy dose of coordination. We will help you to increase your agility level.
Speed the ability to move quickly, when it comes to athletics this is a key skill that is measured very accurately and is a main focus when it comes to making it to the next level. We have the tools to make you quicker.
